No smoking inside the property
No parties or events are permitted
No unregistered guests allowed
Pets are welcome, but please ensure they are well-behaved and supervised

Safety & Property Guidelines.
A carbon monoxide alarm and smoke alarm are installed for your safety.
In the event of any damage to the property during your stay, a charge of up to £500 may be applied as part of the security deposit.
Children are welcome, but please note that their supervision is the responsibility of parents or guardians at all times. While we strive to provide a safe environment, Cleeve Cottage cannot be held responsible for any accidents that may occur during your stay.
Cancellation Policy.
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing or by email at your earliest convenience. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. However, if cancellation occurs after the final payment (due 8 weeks prior to arrival), we will make every effort to accommodate a change in your booking dates, subject to availability.
